Standing at a handler but not getting access?
Consult the information below for possible solutions. Please remain respectful towards the handler's staff at all times.

Common issues
First ask the handler's staff whether they can see what the problem is. Often they can indicate what the problem is and give further guidance. If that is not the case, check the following points.
Local delivery / pickup
- Has a digital pre-registration been made via eLink or Secure Import? If not, access to the handler's premises cannot be granted. Consult your employer to resolve this further.
- Is your ACN card still valid? If the card is no longer valid, it will no longer work and cannot be used to gain access to the premises. Consult your employer, who knows which steps need to be taken to request a new ACN card.
- Is your MLV still valid? The MLV refresher course must be completed every year. If the MLV has expired and a new one has not been completed, or the refresher course has been completed but not uploaded, the ACN card is automatically blocked. Consult your employer, who can check this for you.
- Do you drive for multiple employers and therefore have multiple ACN cards? Check that you are using the correct ACN card. If a registration has been made for company A, which you are currently driving for, but you use the ACN card of company B, you will be denied access. Please note: it is a punishable offense to use an ACN card other than the one for the company you are currently working for, so always make sure you use the correct one.
- Have you taken over a trip from a colleague, or has the vehicle changed during planning? Then the registration may not match the person and/or vehicle. Contact your employer to create a new registration with the correct details.
International delivery / pickup (RFS)
- Has an eRegistration been made? Every driver must be registered in advance by the employer, together with the vehicle. Check with your employer that this registration has been made correctly.
