Access policy for the freight handlers at Schiphol
A registration must be made for each visit. These are valid once. Visitor registration improves supervision and security at and around the airport and cargo is even better protected against fraud and theft.
By completing the above steps, the handling process at handlers KLM Cargo, WFS, Swissport and dnata is made as efficient as possible. This way we shorten waiting times, save paper and make the chain as safe as possible!
Who has to use e-Registration?
All drivers must be registered digitally. This can be done via eLink (export) or Secure Import (Import). Drivers who cannot already be registered via eLink or Secure Import must use e-Registration.
This method is only intended for picking up and delivering freight. You do not use e-registration for other activities.
